Upon arriving I got email to do checkin for my vacation. Please be Aware you have to pay a non refundable deposit just to get a code to your room, Or a large security deposit. When I booked I was not aware of this. When finished paying this I was instructed parking pass was our room so my husband pulled up to unload while I went to room and NO parking pass there, so I had to go to the lobby and ask the lady and she was so rude. I explained and even showed her the message and she then went in to tell me it’s Kyle’s condo so it is privately owned. So she made me a parking pass. Explained parking was across road at store parking. There was no parking available, so you have to go to the back parking. Very Inconvenient! When finally getting to our room it was so run down, the kitchen, bathroom and walls were disgusting. There were bugs in the kitchen cabinets and on silverware. The keurig coffee maker was filthy. I had to do a complete cleaning of the entire condo. The bed when pulled back had hairs in it. You do not get housekeeping or toilet paper and clean towels. You have to buy your own. The resort does not supply it, per lady working in lobby. Was woke every morning to banging. I would never stay here again. Was very disappointed!!

Our condo provided us with an excellent ocean view! It was on the 18th floor so if you have a fear of heights it may not be for you :-) It was clean and well maintained. The location of the building was perfect for us too. Close to local attractions and stores, while only 6mins from the airport and direct access to the beach. I would have no reservations at all about staying there again.
