"Hotel lobby is a little dated but our room was very clean and comfortable. The area itself is definitely a little rough, especially at night and the parking garage smelled pretty bad. However, it was very well lit and we never had any issues. I’d recommend this hotel for a night or two, just be mindful of your surroundings. "

I expected to swipe my card to gain access after hours especially as there was seldom any receptionist at the lobby but the doors opened as I approached and I walked through the lobby to the stairs without seeing anyone."

"I’m a Marriott girl. But all hotels in London were sold out due to Convocations at Western. So we took a chance here. We were very happy with our choice! This motel is not fancy, but it is clean, well taken care of and fairly priced. Beds were in good shape. Very easy to find. Management are friendly, they even waited for us to arrive after hours as we were stuck in traffic. "

"The room was small (suppose to be a suite with a kitchen). It had a small sink and a mix of dishes and utensils that clearly came from a thrift store as they were things your grandmother would have had. Nothing was clean. The shower was disgusting, the water out of every faucet in the room smelled like sulphur. The carpet was stained all over, everything in the room was falling apart. Toilet paper was just on a metal rack, no roll hanger/dispenser. There were rules that no visitors after 11pm or...
