"Very professional check in check out. Clean, comfy beds. Great robes! The generally set air con not individual room was hot n stuffy. Had to open windows at times to let the beliw zero temps cool room down. Not ideal. "

"Staff’s are awesome. Very helpful. Helped me recover my backpack that i forgot on the shinkansen and was about 300 kilometers away. Arranged for it to be shipped to the hotel the next morning. About a 7 min walk to the train and bus station. And huge shopping area close by as well. "
