"Friendly staff"

"Nice place to stay. Friendly people. But our WiFi never worked. "

"I’ll start with what went well. The rooms were beautiful. The dining staff and valets were 5 stars. But, it was disappointing that our rooms never got cleaned (if this was somehow a rule because we were there only two nights it wasn’t communicated with us). We had to beg for towels and never had service (it took 3 phone calls over two hours) and ran out of toilet paper. I think if they are going to bill themselves as an upscale hotel they need to step up their housekeeping."

"Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was great, lobby was great. Valet and receptionist seems tired and not the most friendly I’ve encountered. Other than that, all else was good"
