"We were in town for a concert and had a few hours to before the event, so we walked around the Plaza. Found a great bar to have a cocktail and light dinner. It was an extra cost for the parking garage, which is typical in that area. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room, although had no great view, was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend. "

"We had to pay $25 a day to park in the Hotel parking lot . We have never paid anything to park in the Hotel parking lot. The bartender Mitch was great , very friendly and helpful with information about KC . "
