"Overall it was a great stay. Reponses to requests not real prompt. Shower floor needs work. Sad that microwave or fridges need to be requested. Street access under construction so valet parking confusing and fristrating...lacked communication. Great location and price. Overall apperance nice and felt like home. I would try again."

"In the room behind a chair had crumbs and had not been vacuumed. We asked for a late check out. Evidently someone didn’t program things because our key would not work and we got locked out of the room. Also we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. It was extremely expensive during this time and I expected better."

"I've stayed here twice for work. Great location, walkable, nice views when stayed on 18th floor. The rooms, bathroom in particular is a lil run down and I'm not a fan of how close the bathroom door is to the toilet seat. I wish the bathrooms had fans so it doesn't get so steamy in there when showering. Deposit for incidentals is great, $50 which can't be beat. Parking is $25 as a guest. The food in the restaurant sucks though. I've ordered the top sirloin and it was dry and unflavored. The...
