"We had mixed feelings about this place but booked anyways we were surprised at how clean the hotel is & staff was great from our arrival to our departure they carried our luggage & welcomed us, only thing is day front desk staff needs to be a little more friendly. The area wasn’t bad we felt safe at all times & we liked that it’s close to everything you want to do or see in the center of town. Definitely will be back "

"Front desk clerk amazing customer service upon check-in!! I would have preferred a room with a window, but I was able to check-in early with no extra charge, the room was very clean & all the staff very nice & helpful! :-) water was hot in the bathroom & cold filtered water cooler to refill your bottle. For the prie, you can't go wrong! :-)"
