"The staff was rude and it was hard to check in and they had no wifi and they had not had for several days. They offered no help on wi fi they said tough we had checked in. They said we could leave if we did like it.I find it unfair that they would not compensate. They also did not have drinking water. Except for overpriced for sale."

"Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow. "

""The Palace" is a fitting name for this incredible historic home. Could feel the stories this building had experienced over the last century - amazing bedrooms, the 'great hall' (we called it) felt like staying in a grand resort hotel... except we had the entire hotel all to ourselves.
