"This was the perfect hotel for my weekend stay in Boston. I stayed solo, and the queen room was the perfect size (would also easily work for a couple). The room was clean, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The entire hotel was so charming with lots of historic details that I absolutely adored. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful and approachable. The location of the hotel is BEYOND IDEAL. Back Bay is a wonderful, central & safe area to stay with loads of walkable shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and gorgeous buildings & sites to visit. It’s not even too bad of a walk to North End (Little Italy) - about 45 minutes, and it’s lovely because you walk through Boston Common. I can’t wait to visit Boston again, and I’ll absolutely be staying here again!"

"We always have a wonderful stay here. This trip we barely left the room; only when getting morning coffee + snacks from George Howell coffee bar downstairs, and of course a fantastic sushi dinner from Ruka Bar (also located downstairs) to be enjoyed upstairs. Our only regret was to stay longer ! "

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff and convenient location I dont travel too often and was unpleasantly surprised by the amount off added fees and the price of parking. The $30 a day destination fee which can be used at on site venues, was particularly annoying as I checked in at 11:15 pm and was still charged the fee for the Friday night. Very lovely coty and hotel but be ready for a lot of undisclosed charges"

"My family and I have traveled all over the world. This has been the best welcoming staff ever. The front desk guys and girls were awesome, super attentive, and actually enjoying their job. Calvin, the Assistant Front Office Manager is welcome to my next Thanksgiving party, he is now my bestie. <3 Everything in this hotel was perfect, the best service, the best location, the best rooms, and the best views. I would give them 6 stars if I could. We will definitely go back. Thank you guys for an awesome holiday vacation!."
