"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. "Check in process could be better, the company does not communicate via VRBO, and sent check in info only thirty minutes before check in time. Other than that, the place is great for families and the location is excellent for a beach vacation. All appliances worked and bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Would recommend it again"

"We loved Grove Cottages, a stunning property with beautiful gardens. So much space and everything you need to live comfortably for the week. There are lots of places to visit from here or you can stay home and take your time to enjoy your surroundings, cook dinner on the bbq or use the pizza oven. Would love to stay again some day. "

Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth.
