"It is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Stayed twice and both times the shower doors would not stay closed. They open while you shower. It was the same issue in two different rooms. Don’t know if the frame isn’t level, but I mentioned it to them. First visit there was no soap in the shower, but the second visit there was plenty of soap."

"This is a fairly new SpringHill Suites and my third time staying. Very nice, but hope they keep it clean. Could vacuum better in rooms and edges of hallways. Sounds picky but makes a difference "

"The stay met our needs. The property is getting shopworn, and needs updating. Dispensing amenity products in big containers would be more eco-friendly. Our King suite had a queen bed."

"Property is lovely but it could use a major face lift because the facility looks run down. It feels safe here, though, and its quiet. My room was adequately clean, and the bathroom looked clean and sanitary. The toilet needed repairing, and someone came quickly and did an expert job. I asked for the staff to change the bed linens which someone did promptly. The staff are very nice and very responsive. "
