"The breakfast was excellent, as was the service at check in & in the morning. Our room was perfectly adequate although you have to bare in mind that these unique properties are old and quirky. Coffee machine and pods in the room was a nice touch."

"The room was very nice with continental breakfast for one day trip. The only issue was parking in the street for only 2hrs until 6pm. This would have been a bigger issue if we were there longer."

"This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. Great Hotel, great service. .

"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "
