"Lovely stay and hotel. Everyone very friendly, nice room and great gardens. The only problem was service at dinner and at the bar - it was really slow so they seemed understaffed"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good power shower. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The negatives are we generally stay in January and the central heating in our room has never worked. The hotel provides an electric heater for the room but it would be better if they could sort out the heating. Also for this standard hotel, the towels are very poor quality - old, thin and very rough."

"Bed and amenities are great… only problem is parking! Realised it’s a pub also and restaurant but would’ve thought the spaces should be kept for customers who are staying. I know it’s difficult to police but that would have been the icing on the cake for such a lovely place…."
