"When I got to my room which was quite far down the corridor my room key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception. The guy apologised & offered me a free upgraded room that wasn’t such a trek to get to which was very much appreciated "

"Very clean best bed ever. Slept very well. Heating didn't seem to work but a separate heater was provided which did the job. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a very nice cappuccino. "

"Really nice place, very comfortable bed, felt very safe as single female traveller. Not overly keen on menu and quite expensive. Nice breakfast. Pleasant swim in the morning, only two lanes and people swimming here there and everywhereso difficult to swim in straight line. Changing rooms tired and need updating. Enjoyed my stay though. "
