"This is always our home away from home when we go to Kauai. We have been there several times over the last few years. We love the two bedroom two bath on the ground floor. "Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. "We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."
