"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand Hyatt. Very clean and comfortable. It is attached to a shopping centre so really handy for shops and restaurants. It is so close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden city/Palace museum. We ate in the Grand Hyatt taste of China and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was good with excellent choices. Plenty of western food for those that wanted it. I will definitely stay again if we are back in Beijing in future. "

"Its hard to comment on this hotel thou. as there are pros and cons. the front desk at check-in time wasn't that friendly. He doesn't seems to answer the questions we asked. However, the next day when we go to the front desk the ladies there are more friendly. Overall the experience is good"

"Very convenient location within close walking distance from the APM mall (lots of eateries inside) and Wangfujing. Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street). "
