"Lovely location and good hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hallways were very noisy/creeky and stairwells were dated. Good bar area and restaurant, with a very good breakfast. Unfortunately the evening meal service was not available, no prior notice was given of this and alternative plans had to be made."

"I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice. "Hotel was spotless, really clean, comfortable and a cosy warm bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were all very friendly and polite. Nice walk into town, however bit of a hike back, as it’s all up hill. Didn’t put us off, and would definitely recommend and book again"

"On arrival was concerned as there was wedding taking place at the hotel, lots of people. We were greeted by Rose on reception who was friendly and informative. We stayed in room 111 which had a wonderful view of the sea and st bees head, I found this to be very impressive, the room was comfortable with heating and tea making facilities. Our room was quiet and we didn't get disturbed by the wedding. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and walked up at bees head which is a must if you stay here. Overall our stay was wonderful, I unfortunately left behind my chargers, I called Rose who kindly packaged them up and attached a label for them to be sent back to me. Thank you Seacote hotel "
