"The condo overall was in good condition, it was clean in general though the comforters and the bathtubs were not so. The communication was somewhat broken, the help center reacts instantaneously, but then the local team looses it. And the most annoying part was the check in process with the lockbox located in the club house and not at the property and using old style lockboxes with codes, and I had problems with the box, luckily not at the check in time which was after midnight. "Lovely house, lots of extras including lots of games. Really close to Silverthorne and the outlet shopping centre. Supermarkets and bars/ restaurants within a short drive. Lovely Christmas tree and twinkle lights which made our Christmas break even more special. The host was excellent booking a Christmas Day meal for us."
