Cute Little Getaway
This was the perfect place for my birthday weekend stay. It had all the admenities and then some, that we didn't need to go spend extra on. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and would live to see Lake Dillion during the summer.

Beautiful & Cozy
This condo has a wonderful view and was spotlessly clean - it was wonderful to spend a few days here relaxing. The building is very quiet and it was easy to find and access. Only downside was that we couldn’t get the dvd player to work! Internet was fairly strong but spotty a few times. Would happily stay here again.

Absolute Gem!
What a great find and perfect location for our week long stay in Summit County. Beautifully situated on Lake Dillon, we were able to walk on the frozen lake and watch snowboard kite sailing then return to a warm and cozy fireplace. The location was also in close proximity to ski hills which made our daily "commute" a breeze. As a cook, I was so pleased to have a kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed for preparing our own meals, along with some nice extras provided by our hosts. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated and well maintained with so many creature comforts. In addition, it was so nice having the outdoor hot tub after a day out on the slopes! Perfect in every way, I hope it's available when we return to ski next year!

It Really IS Paradise!
We have skied in Summit County since 1979 and stayed in many condos in Dillon/Silverthorne. This condo has the very best view we have ever had - and I thought we'd had some great ones. In addition, it is much larger than most one bedrooms. There is plenty of room in the bedroom to get around the bed easily, as well as a large bench to set either two suitcases or four duffel bags on. One useful feature is the fact that in addition to a full bathroom (tub/shower, toilet, sink with long counter) there is a second sink and vanity counter in the short hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. It made getting ready for skiing in the morning go quickly. The furniture is very comfortable - a large sofa, dining table with four chairs (we used it to work a jigsaw puzzle) and a leather chair and a half with ottoman. We didn't use the large deck - but it would be a big plus in warmer seasons. The kitchen - whole condo, in fact - was well supplied. Having assigned underground parking was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay; this condo is a gem.

Amazing Place and Location!
My husband and I stayed at this property for a few nights in November, and we had a wonderful time. The place was the perfect size, so cute and clean, and the location was just so beautiful! Right on the lake with a view of the mountains- so gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views on East bay of rez. Super comfortable and well appointed unit, huge balcony! Hosts have thought of everything you might need. Easy access to everything in Dillon. Comfy king bed, clean and well organized.Thank you for having us, we'd love to return!

This condo/location had everything we were looking for. Close access to trails for biking and hiking. Marina, amphitheater, bars, restaurants all within walking distance. Loved the views and the quiet. Parking is very limited.

What a fantastic condo!
We loved our stay at this condo. We stayed mid week while I worked - WiFi was great. In the evenings we enjoyed nice strolls along the bay. Would recommend.

This was a great place to stay, very clean and what a view. I would only suggest to let the renter know where the hot tub is and also the washer and dryer, and that you need quarters for it. Other then that it was just a great place!

Great unit…but
The unit itself was just as stated . Well furnished, lovely and a beautiful view of Dillon lake. I’m knocking it down a star not because of the owners. We were disappointed that the evolve team did not notify us in advance of construction, painting and stucco going on on the complex. A heads up would have been expected. On the last day the Bedroom window was covered in plastic and masking was all around the door entry . I would stay here again, but would hope to be notified of the external appearance and construction noise prior to arriving.

Not what it was cracked up to be.
The place was neat, and in a good location. However, someone had burned incense sticks in the bedroom that triggered allergies. So I could not sleep in the bedroom. My wife did. I bought a sleeping bag and slept on the couch. Also we were not informed that they would be reroofing the building. Since we were on the top floor this was a big issue. The scraping and dropping of things on the roof shook the condo at times, starting at 7am. The first couple of mornings it was no big deal as we were out early hiking and what not. But then came my wife's birthday and we needed a down day, especially in the morning. No sleeping in allowed! Finally we left a day early and checked into a hotel, to get some rest. Also the dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Even the racks in it were greasy. Then there is very poor lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. No overhead light in the bedroom, which I did not use, but my wife was not happy. She also could not put on makeup in the bathroom from the poor lighting. I'm not sure exactly who manages this listing, but they do it poorly. It's also a pain that you do very little through vrbo, and almost everything is on listing companies website. Which they are very slow to respond from. Very disappointing!!!

The condo on the lake had a wonderful view. I chose this place for the location the view and a wood-burning fireplace. Could’ve been a little cleaner the stove was dirty and it was dusty but bathroom was clean and the bed and sheets were good. I would stay again.

Amazing views
This was my absolute favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! The views were amazing. I loved having the deck off the back and while we didn’t use any of the available outdoor recreational equipment, it’s so cool it’s their if you want to. While the condo isn’t huge, it feels very cozy and doesn’t seem small at all.

Cozy with a Beautiful View
My husband and I recently stayed at this property during a weekend hiking trip to Grays and Torreys. The proximity to the trailhead was very convenient and we found the property to be clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon.
