"The original venue wasn’t available after I had booked but Anna sorted alternative premises. Correspondence with Anna was exemplary and any issues dealt with rapidly. The villa was centrally located for the beach and leisure facilities. Pity about the weather (it was like being in Blackpool (UK). But even Anna couldn’t sort that out"

"Casa Rio is in a quiet, local location away from the busy old town and is set in it's own garden next to the river. It is about a 5 minute walk down some narrow lanes from the main road. We didn't hire bikes due to the rainy weather, but would highly recommend using Grab as a cheap and easy way to get around. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but a 15 minute car ride takes you to the busy old town with endless places to eat/drink. Keith and Huong are excellent hosts who...

"The house was very spacious. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as advertised. The location was very convenient to the surrounding mini-marts, pharmacies, restaurants and other stores. Those ex-pats who crave for western (or non-Vietnamese) foods, there are options close by. These also include Mexican, Japanese, Italian, American, etc. A beach is walkable.The owner was easily accessible if there are any issues. "Loved our stay in Hoi An, close to lots of restaurants and shops, an excellent tailor 5 minutes away and so much cheaper than around the central market area, also a very good mini-mart/shoe shop to the right in 99 Hung Vuong where we had shoes made - so comfortable. The house was quiet and well equipped and our neighbours were beautiful people who wanted to help in every way possible."

"First, 5 stars bravo to the host, Ms Anna, was very nice, helpful and accommodating in all aspects, requests, where to eat, buy and go places.... We had a family vacation reunion, 11 people, from across the globe. The house is in a very convenient location, close to foods, beach, etc. Definitely, will repeat."

"We had such a brilliant time at Pao homes. Amy looked after us so well, welcoming us on arrival with fresh fruit and early check in after a long train ride. The place itself was gorgeous; spacious, green, and very clean and comfortable.
