"Wifi was out for two days prior to our visit and wasn't notified beforehand or at check-in but was able to arrange a partial refund between the hotel and Expedia. Also walkway and parking was icy and slipped and fell on a patch of black ice, hurting my hand. They quickly came out and added more salt to the walkway."
