"Love the friendly staff, beach area big.favorite spot in negril. The whole beach area should be raked everyday but never raked past outdoor shower. They sprayed espesitis at 630am Friday which was very loud woke us up since our room faced parking lot Friday at 630am the spray was all in our rooms.. which when looked up was toxic to humans as well.but i guess they have to spray for bugs..but was very disappointing sonce gave me headache and felt nauseous afterwards. "Was not a clean nice place. No maintenance no housekeeping no restaurant. Very very sad. Could only stay one night because so bad."

"Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good. "

"Where do I start. Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. Water backs up in the shower stall. The bed linens looked like they were borrowed out of the Crimean war. I was served rotten fish in the onsite restaurant and was still charged for it. "Property is gorgeous. We stayed in the Blue Java Cabana which was amazing - the only negative is that it’s right next to Rick’s Cafe which has music bumping all day and into the evening - after a while you just kinda tune it out though and it never went later than 10 so not a big deal over all. Food at the restaurant was great every meal - servers are friendly and fun. Got a massage on our front porch the last day from the woman they recommended which was amazing. "We really liked our stay here. The staff was the best part as they act like they really want to do their jobs rather than some places where one feels that they are being friendly because they have to. It's worth noting that if someone is accustomed to 5-star resorts, this may not be the place for you. We've stayed in places where the rooms were much nicer, but for our needs, the room here and the resort itself was absolutely fine. The beach is outstanding and we were able to find chairs every day at the beach. "
