"First time staying here. We liked the property, nice lush gardens, nice layout to the hotel/bar/restaurant. The bar was quiet, no one but us there. The bartender made us some of the best drinks we’ve had anywhere in Negril. We enjoyed the sunset from the bar before going to dinner. We only stayed 1 night as we were celebrating a birthday, we have a home in the country and wanted to be at the beach. My complaints - no hot water! A trickle of water in both the faucet and shower. "I just had a seven night stay at Country Country and cannot speak highly enough about it. Yes, it is not five star and is pretty basic but it makes up for that with the friendliness of the staff and the location which is right on the beautiful beach. My room (517) comfortable and clean. The breakfast is adequate and you can walk along the beach to other restaurants in the evening. I would recommend Lily’s Kitchen which serves good food and plays great reggae music. I will definitely be going...
