"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. There was good parking, and although in an industrial area it was reasonably quiet. "Staff where invisible. Room had no coffee or tea making facilities, bed badly stained, carpet badly stained. Light fixtures loose on the wall, TV not working. Bar and restaurant closed although advertised as open. No hot water. Altogether very poor, definitely not worth the money."

"Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again."
