"WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic."

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"The hotel was clean and staff was so helpful. Its a shame that the hotel is in middle of nowhere. The room was immaculate and the bed plus the pillows were amazing as well."

"Nice hotel and nice selection at breakfast. Some of the linen had stains and there wasn’t even tea and coffee to have in the room. It was a bit sparse all in all."

"The stay itself was great, comfy clean bed etc hot water lovely shower. Only downside is the walls are very thin and I got woken up by someone else alarm and some building works in one of the other rooms"

"Staff where invisible. Room had no coffee or tea making facilities, bed badly stained, carpet badly stained. Light fixtures loose on the wall, TV not working. Bar and restaurant closed although advertised as open. No hot water. Altogether very poor, definitely not worth the money."

"Hotel Fleur de Ville was an ideal base for us for a few nights. Ideally located within walking distance to all major attractions and a lovely hotel inside and out. Staff are courteous and helpful, rooms are beautiful and chic, breakfast is delicious and filling. Can't say enough good things about this property and the staff we dealt with. Amazing place and would love to stay again!"
