"Ms Karyna was very professional in the delivery of service. I was actually exhausted, but she allowed me to check in early. As a previous Financial Controller of a 5 star hotel, I welcome this idea of flexibility. I doubt the other staff would have been as accomodative as Ms Karyna. Well done girl! Will be back!"

A little problem with slow sink in our bathroom and the spa area can use some updating. Overall, wonderful hotel by the high end brand stores. "
