"The location is good with easy access to Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Market. The bed wasn't very comfortable and I felt the decor was dated. The grout in the bathroom was very dirty/mouldy which put me off. The check in process was straight forward and the staff were very nice."

"This is our usual go-to choice when staying in Melbourne (2x Adults with 1x Child). But their recent change of only servicing your room every three days means that a weekend away will not allow you to experience a 'new room' feeling when arriving back from your daily travels. This is making me feel like we stayed in a Motel rather than a CBD Hotel."

A note though - the minibar fridge was small in our room and full of hotel products for sale. We needed to empty the minibar partially to find room in the fridge for our drinks. "
