"Excellent and friendly staff "

"It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay. "

"Booked a king bed room, very spacious. French provincial ecor a little dated but clean. Four poster bed and huge bathroom with javuzzi tub. Four free bottles of water a day, free toiletries that included toothbrushes but bring your own shampoo. Super comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Breakfast traditional western fare and asian, not included in basic rate but worth the added charge."

"Very relaxing and beautiful stay. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Very family friendly - from the play areas to the pools to meals. Amazing to be able to have the gorge almost to oneself to explore in the morning. Best stay of our 2+ week trip staying in luxury hotels. Wish we had booked a longer trip and we look forward to returning for another relaxing stay!"

"Amazing room, felt like a king. The listing says theres laundry but there was nothing of the sort when we arrived. The water stains in the tub and shower were a little scary but its an amazing place. "

"Not located in the airport. Free metro and shuttle bus available. Bed too hard for my liking, can hear the noise of the planes. "
