"Wonderful stay. Very comfortable rooms but the best part is the location. Short walk to the mall, supermarket and parque araucano. Attentive staff."

"Even though the hotels.com website says check-in at noon, the hotel told me check-in was at 3pm. They did get the room ready earlier though. Note that the complimentary airport shuttle doesn't work on weekends!"

"The good: The hotel is very very clean, sleek and modern. The bad: it is sterile and lifeless. Common areas are uninviting and empty. Rooms are much nicer! Bed is haaaard, but we rested well. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant staff is attentive and nice. The Bad: THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Condescending, never smiles, never a 'good morning'. Very snubby. Worse, even after 3 emails stating that it was my wife's 50th birthday Valentines, the hotel promised to take care of my...

"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "
