"We stay after New Years Celebration. The hotel was nice and busy, very well located closed to the mall and other points of interest. Rooms are not the most updated rooms as it has a very old dusty phone ( literally dirty), not modern rooms at all but big king size bed in the suite. There are no curtains in the bathroom, so when you use the tub the whole city, next building and people shopping can take a look at you. See the images in their room to corroborate. "This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "
