"This hotel is special. The spectacular views and surroundings, the staff, the activities it offers, they are all incredible. I felt very at home here, which as a solo female traveller was wonderful. "It was nice once all the day visitors left. Other than that it’s pretty chaotic during the day and you can’t really leave the resort. It was also impossible to get any outside food and the staff seemed overworked and were sometimes rude. "

"This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example.
