"The staff is incredible. Super friendly. Before our trip they txt us and set up transportation from the airport to the Charlie. It was excellent service. Arriving welcome drinks. Every day at 6:00 we were surprised with happy hour drinks at our room from a bartender mixing whatever you’d like. So much fun. The breakfast was phenomenal.. The rooftop party was excellent. The Gym incredible. We had a beautiful room and a great experience."
