"We absolutely loved this property. The hotel itself is wonderful, we loved our spacious room and the staff was incredible, always ready to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property is in a very popular area, lots of night life, if you are early to bed, we recommend requesting a room away from the front of the hotel, which can be noisy. "Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"I booked a night, but really just needed a few hours of comfort before heading back to the airport for my night flight. The staff at the airport were pleasant and very helpful - as soon as they saw me, they called for the driver, who was about to leave the airport, to wait. The driver was pleasant as were the ladies at reception and the bellhop. The room was clean. I ordered Ubereats and had no trouble with delivery. The driver back - William -was personable and pleasant as well. "
