"Visiting Bath for a rugby match meant the hotel was in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Rex. Easy walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants. Lovely welcome from staff in reception, friendly bar staff - delicious food and food menu in the evening although some choices were not available at 8pm on a Saturday night despite there being only 3 tables filled. Great breakfast buffet. Only complaint for the weekend was reporting the toilet flush/ cistern not working properly...

"The property provided us with one of the best country side views we have ever experienced with the UK. We loved the quietness of the Old Mill and the fact it was not central to Bath itself....although on our first evening we found the walk into Bath a little long as we were somewhat weary from travel and yet to get our heads around taxis and bus routes etc. We hope to go back to the Old Mill..."

"We stayed in the only balcony room which is a lovely big room . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom . Nice powerful shower. We did eat in the restaurant and the meals we had were value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful ."

"We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage and go exploring. The helpful lady on Reception found us an available room, though explained it was a bit ‘up and down stairs’. She was right - it was a rather convoluted room to get to but it was spacious and clean and the hotel was well located. We had an issue with the toilet leaking but it was quickly repaired. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"What a great find! From start to finish the staff we're extra helpful, I booked a room that wasn't assessable in a wheelchair butt he staff contacted me and sent me pictures of why the room couldn't be accessed with a wheelchair and switched rooms with no fuss. We had breakfast their and can say it was the best breakfast a hotel has ever offered! Will drf br staying again!"

"Lovely property in a character building. I enjoyed the unique feeling of the hotel, and the great & helpful staff! Great area, and so close to the train station. Breakfast was also great, and felt more personal than other hotel breakfasts that I've had before. My only con is that the floor can be a bit creaky in the hallways, and you may hear someone walking by, but it didn't bother me much."

"Bath is a beautiful town, and the hotel was in the perfect location. We were also lucky to have fantastic weather during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful garden, which was lovely to relax in. The room, however, could use a little attention. There was a nearly dead plant on the table, a broken curtain, and a stained carpet, which took away from the overall experience. I would probably stay there again, but a bit of maintenance and care would go a long way. "
