Hotel with a Concierge in Sinaloa from SAR 291

"The hotel is nice. There’s just a few things that really got under my skin. We got there early and we all know check in is at 3 pm. We had to go so they can check in our luggage and we could wonder around. The gentleman told us to come back around 1 and see if the room is ready. We come back at one and they scold us about coming early and check in was at 3. Jacuzzi was closed about 40 min early and the guard said he closed at 8 when reception says 9? We got charged for a towel that we didn’t...

"The fact that wifi wasn’t included ..was a huge disappointment …(been in many hotels and wifi has always been included) …when asked about the airport shuttle we were told there wasn’t one … only later to be told the night before we left you had to book two days in advance ??? -Housekeeping staff was very friendly and did great work cleaning our room - Beds and linen were very clean and comfortable "

"I stayed at casa de leyendas for three nights . I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the decor of the room was charmingly colourful in traditional Mexican style and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good and access to Macaws next door very handy. Given the close proximity to the busy Malecón, this small hotel was pretty quiet. Access to patio and terraces was a bonus, including the roof terrace with ocean view. Would definitely consider staying there again. "
