"Overall stay was fantastic. Rooms were great. Food was great and the weather was awesome. The only problem I had and the one thing I was extremely disappointed with was that on the day I was checking out the hotel charged me an extra $100 just so my family and I could sit by the pool for a couple of hours while we waited for our shuttle. I had already spent thousands on this vacation and needing to spend more just so we could kill 2 hours was BS. "

"I have stayed at the Costa De Oro so many times. It has been 12 years since my last visit. Although many of the staff I loved have moved on, the service continues to be great. The front desk night staff Jorge and Augustin are so professional, helpful, and welcoming. Luis at the pool offered us excellent service.
