"I like the staff that serve in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful, I really loved that about them. The thing that I didn't like, was the route to go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the second floorof the hotel, and go outside like going to the street, and get into the restaurant, the real inconvenience, was when it was raining. They provided umbrella, but I would rather for them to have an opening from the hotel to the restaurant or cover the qrea from down the stairs to...

"Not much to do around the area and there are rumors of it being in a not so good area of Santiago. I would challenge that claim since I walled all over the place even at dark without feeling any kind of threat. There is a very excellent Chinese restaurant next door which I highly recommend. As a Dominican raised abroad I chose this hotel for its historical value. As a tourist you'll be charmed by the decor and the charming staff. My breakfast was cold two days in a row and the stay was over...

"The staff looked really happy about doing their jobs. They fulfilled every request. The attention to detail was top notch. They actually cared, they all greeted us and wanted to make sure we were okay every time. If ever I need to go back to Santiago or know anyone who want to, this hotel will be the first option everytime. Milca the Concierge was the Best. "

"Interesting place. We selected due to proximity to the airport in order to minimize driving immediately upon arrival after a 24-hour trip, but proximity is not particularly relevant in Santiago, so a nerve racking drive was still required. Even though a bit far from city center and Uber may not be too happy if you need a ride, this is a fine place to stay for a very inexpensive price."
