"Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Superb location for anyone that loves golf, biking, hiking or indeed lazing by the pool. Felt like we had the place to ourselves even though the restaurant was relatively busy each evening. The staff are instinctively helpful at every turn and just a five day break felt like a fortnight. Well-being in a week right here! Chapeau to the HDC team and I’m sure I’ll be back with my golf clubs at some point to play Seve’s 18 👌"

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service.
