"Overall beautiful accommodations. Taxis are needed to get around. Very limited housekeeping. On the third day the opportunity was missed to get clean sheets, so for ten days we did not get any new sheets , were told we would need to pay extra to have that. The taxi from the airport was 18.95 euros. That was fine, except, when leaving we asked if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport , they said yes. 30 euros , so we decided to take the taxi . "Great looking and spacious hotel with very friendly service. The spa is a particular highlight. All round a great place. The only problem is noise at night (mainly from their own bar and restaurant Kontiki) which really permeates the back of the hotel (so half of the rooms) every night until approx 11:30 - 12. So…if you’re not looking for a good sleep before midnight then I massively recommend this hotel!"

"Nice apartment with lovely sunny balcony (with sunshade) overlooking pool and beautiful garden. Garden is really lovely with lots of cats to spot, also birds doves etc. Pool good but cool - good to relax around. WiFi was good, TV with some English news channels. Good range of cookery utensils but only stovetop no oven or microwave. Bed comfortable and slept very well. The apartments are about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Llanos, which has plenty of friendly bars and some restaurants....

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."

When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us.
