"We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. "I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."
