"Found all of their staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Best part of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and lounge offered good options and the location is perfect when visiting the beautiful walkable City of Victoria. You should visit!!"

"Great place. The staff was friendly and always checking to make sure our needs were met. They checked us in way early, which was great. The room was large and comfortable, but basic. Small fridge, Keurig machine, water kettle but no microwave. Can't beat the location. Right in the heart of Victoria and easy walk to all major attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast not included but there is a restaurant in the building open for breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommend and would stay again."
