"Great view of the harbour and boat fireworks at night but it can get a bit noisy when the boats come and go (loud music and karaoke), but it makes it exciting. A good location for local shops, bars and restaurants and only short taxi to the tourist area. It's also just 2km from the start off the Ha Long Bay marathon.
