"Great hotel. One of the better properties in Amritsar. Special thanks to Mukesh who helped with our bags at check in and check out. Suraj on the club lounge (5th floor) was very hospitable. Special thanks to Ravi at front desk who extended our check out even though the hotel was sold out realizing our friend wasn’t feeling well. Overall the hotel is in a great location. Has all the amenities. Breakfast Buffet had good food. The gym was a little smaller than expected but did the job. Pool area was beautiful as well. "

"Stayed at the inn but spent more time at Radisson blu Staff is respectful and courteous. Rooms are clean, property and adjacent areas ( Radisson park inn and Radisson blu ) absolutely gorgeous. They could wash all their exterior windows tho "

"Front staff can’t fault. Nice clean hotel . Very courteous but the restaurant staff have a habit of standing looking while you eat & touching all cutlery & glass tops with fingers. Management shouting at teenage staff for petty things."
