No option best of what’s available.
There isn’t much choice in Ludhiana. It’s either Hyatt or radisson. Hyatt is pretty average. And radisson has better service. Better stay at radisson. But both are very outdated.

Despite telling them several times that I paid for my stay, they kept me waiting indefinitely without any proper discussion with Hotels.com. I almost missed my flight.
