I would like to share my experience while staying in this property. We had great experience staying with other brands so this time decided to check radisson blu. How horrible can be,literally my experience is so bad. We checked inn at reception with no smile or welcome. Check in staff behaviour towards guests so awkward. We booked half board and i had remind checkin staff twice even though after reminder.They didn’t bother to share instructions, so we walked off and managed ourself. Dinner at hotel no doubt is good but again I noticed the staff always trying avoid eye contact, as we may ask for help. The worst part yet to come. Morning breakfast. I was having SAMBER VADA. There i found HAIR. I quickly called staff but it was very formal for them. That shocked my mind. The funny part is we were served water bottle when we about to leave the table after breakfast. Thats how it goes with Radisson blu. Staff is very unprofessional.

Hi we were there for one night as our flight was early. very convenient and near airport. i think the hotel should provide shuttle service as part of the stay. the airport is only 5 mins away and to book a taxi we were quoted 500 but in the morning the gentleman said 600. we only paid 500 as this is what we were told, it wasnt the amount but the principle of being told differently as we were leaving. Park inn has shuttle service which is included so you would expect a hotel like Radison to have this. apart from this our short stay was good.

Where do I begin? No greeting upon entering hotel. Traveled from London to arrive to nobody even offering a glass of water or a warm welcome. What you see on there social media is all fake. Took ages to check in because I apparently booked three rooms under different names though I booked through Expedia and Expedia ask the name of each lead for each room. Room was terrible. Carpet felt dirty, bed uncomfortable and broken, health and safety risks too socket covers fell off, shower terrible bathroom flooded when used. When you tell staff they just smile and nod no care. We were due to rebook for one night at the end of our trip and glad we didn’t do it in advance as we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel! Check out took approx 30 mins! Never experienced that ever in a hotel. Do not book!!!
