"The Duty mgr Chander and Desk staff Parvinder were attentive, courteous and helpful. A small glitch in a prearranged airport trf with the hotel led to apologies that were easily accepted. The dining staff was equally attentive and courteous. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and Sanjana was helpful in presenting a nice morning brewed coffee with a smile. The chef Balram came out to check on the buffet and noticed a need for more Masala Kolcha and quickly presented me with a freshly prepared one to sop up the delicious Bhaji. The staff was great all around. The hotel has a lovely lobby with a sense of spaciousness due to the expansive ceilings. The room I was given was also spacious and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. 10/10"
