"Great location for exploring Syracuse, especially close to the archeological park. Mostly friendly staff and good service in the restaurant for dinner. The room is a decent size, clean and has a powerful shower. The breakfast had a good range of options but the 'hot' food was cold. Would have been good to have some powdered or long-life milk provided in the room for tea, instead of needing to request some from the bar."

"During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person. During the breaksfast we asked for a coffee, they prepare and scream in the room "ready!" so we need to get up and go to pick up. on the second day they didnt have egg at all and not so many...

"What a beautiful property with an amazing staff! The hospitality is the best we have ever had on our travels throughout Italy. The stay on the property revolves around the dining experience, which is traditional Sicilian cuisine. There are multiple pools that would be amazing to lounge by in the summer months.
