"The staff was so helpful and always there, should you have questions. Very clean facility. They cleaned our room daily, changed our sheets twice, in our 7 day stay. Their breakfast area is spotless, and the food was amazing. Pastries, yogurt, fresh meat & cheese, fruit, fruit juices, milk, cereal, toast, Cappuccino, coffee and bottled water. I definitely recommend this Residence! Thank you for making John’s and my stay so pleasant!!"

"Had a great time at this apartment. Don’t understand the negative reviews, it’s exactly as advertised. Yes, it might be a bit dated and not a marble palace but for the price and location it was very enjoyable. The kitchenette is very useful! Super convenient near the main station and easy walk to all attractions. You are in a busy location so expect a bit of noise at peak hours but once that dies down it’s really peaceful. "The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. Above and beyond

"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. Emmanuel was even on the phone with airlines trying to assist us in rebooking our alternative flights back to the US. Can’t wait to stay there again during our next visit and will recommend them to all our friends. Ciao’. "

Amazing 1000/10 stay

"Genuinely one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at. My boyfriend and I love staying at boutiques every time we come to Paris and we were given the most spacious room. The service is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the bathrooms are amazing - we had two sinks??? wow. Robes are insanely comfortable - the softest ever, not sure how they do it, but I need the brand. The company cares about their customers and you can tell. This luxury boutique is so high- end and amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great 10/10 stay. Everything smells amazing too :)"
