The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro! "

"The hotel Como Castelo Del Nero is a beautiful property. However, for this resort to feel more comfortable and welcoming as resort it will require a few changes: The rooms are to bright. The lights system are designed for business only. There are not one single dimmer in the entire room or bathroom. Secondly important thing are the steps to access the bathroom. Definitely is not recommended for elderly people. Another thing, there are no place for a makeup station. The heritage room is too...

"Perfect location. Less than 10 min walk from train station. 3 min walk to Duomo. Near upscale shopping and plenty of cafes to eat and drink at are nearby. Only negative is the street smelled a bit but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. "
