"Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."

The night before we had only arrived around 10pm so we were very tired and had the do not disturb sign on but they were banging quite loudly and we could not sleep in and the second thing is we would have liked the water in the mini fridge replenished each day but it was a free minibar which was nice. "The staff were all friendly but there was some confusion and mix up at dinner on our first night which we did raise at the time but didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Otherwise the facility and the cleanliness was excellent. "
