"I love the fact that it is right outside Tikal ruins, this gave us the unforgettable experience to do the sunrise and sunset tours. Staff was wonderful setting up our tour even thou we arrived very late they were also very helpful in getting us transportation to Belize"

Pros: - convenient location, beautiful view on the lake, very close to Isla de Flores - complementary parking very close to the hotel - friendly courteous staff Cons: -building outdated, needs a renovation. In my room the window wouldn’t close and all noises from the lake were in my room -room was very small, (though quite convenient with a TV and a minifridge) - warm water in the shower was inconsistent -wifi signal very weak - no elevator (which was not a problem...

"The property is unbelievable! This is in an excellent location, very convenient for exploring Tikal. The lake side set up is beautiful with a dock and lounge area. They also provide boating transportation, kayaks, life jackets, basically anything you can need for the lake. There’s even a handicapped accessible elevator that can take you down to the lake if you have issues with steep steps. The pool side was awesome equipped with umbrellas and loungers. The restaurant served excellent food....

"Great hotel. Showers are really powerful and the room was really clean. Part of the terrace was being repainted but nonetheless the outlook was beautiful. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. "
